Michigan Flintknappers private event. Due to limited space, Michigan Flintknappers only.
APRIL 15th & 16th THE ROBERT LOVE MEMORIAL KNAP-IN . . . NEW VENUE !!
The event will be held at the Central Michigan Sportsman's Club located at 4391 E. Stanton Road, Stanton, Michigan. Flintknapping demonstrations throughout the day. Also flintknapping and traditional skills information, along with crafted items and flintknapping supplies. Open to the public from 10 am - 4 pm. (On Saturday a private event for Michigan Flintknappers will be held)
JULY 29 & 30 SUMMER KNAP-IN
Our summer knap-in will be held at the Ludington State Park, Ludington, Michigan. We'll be at the warming hut, straight ahead at the front gate. Once you get to the park follow the signs to the knap-in site. Flintknapping demonstrations throughout the day. Open to the public from 10 am - 4 pm on each day. Hotels are available in the area.
SEPTEMBER 16th & 17th - FALL KNAP-IN
Our fall knap-in will again be held on the beautiful Leelanau Penninsula at Peshawbestown, near Sutton's Bay, Michigan. Once you get to the Leelanau Sands Casino, look for our signs and follow them to the knap-in site. Flintknapping demonstrations throughout the day. Open to the public from 9 am - 4 pm on each day. There are motels in the area.

TBA THE ANNUAL PRIMITIVE ARCHERY RENDEZVOUS
Formally held at the Wilder Creek Conservation Club in Marshall, Michigan, this event has moved to Leslie, Michigan and will take place at the White Tail Acres Archery Range. Beautiful venue. Many Michigan Flintknappers members are often in attendance at this event and flintknapping is demonstrated. 2D and 3D target ranges to challenge your shooting skills. Bow building and folks teaching all kinds of primitive skills. Location: 240 Fogg Road, Leslie, Michigan 49251

TBA GREAT LAKES PRIMITIVES GATHERING
The Great Lakes Primitives Gathering invites you to participate in a unique learning experience. Teachers and practitioners of primitive life skills gather to share knowledge of our ancestor's art forms and survival technologies. Classes and workshops are offered to share and preserve regional traditions and culture. This is an opportunity to learn ancient art forms and survival skills that will promote and protect the local environment and preserve our natural resources. A variety of classes and workshops will be offered. Lakeside venue for swimming and fishing. Kayaks and canoes available.
